"Ultimately we all want to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction," says Clair Abrams, used vehicle sales manager, who has worked for Revell since 1962. "We have a very informal, relaxed atmosphere and I think that is one of the reasons we have been successful."
Kingston resident Stan Johnston, who is also the former mayor of North Frontenac Township has been a Revell customer for 20 years. He can't say enough good things about his experiences at Revell. "It is like dealing with family. From the sales staff to the owners and service staff, every single person there knows you and speaks to you," says Stan. "They are just all great people. I have all my vehicles serviced there and always have because the service is excellent."
Long -time customer Ivan Campbell has bought his vehicles at Revell for more than 30 years. "I'm familiar with all the sales and service people and I always get excellent service from them," he says. "They are very professional and I've been very happy with the service I've had."
